As the weather gets warmer, I start to think about getting back outside and enjoying the outdoors. And when I think about enjoying the outdoors, I immediately think about Lambstock, a gathering for chefs and artisans and my friend Craig’s farm in Southwest Virginia. Craig is a lamb shepherd who takes great care of his flock and has turned farming into a high-end craft, earning praise from celebrities and awarded chefs. Lambstock is the weekend we all get together and celebrate Craig and others like him, and the bounty of the season we are blessed to have in front in front of us. Here are some photos from my first experience in 2014.
