The first time we visited Richmond Balance, we got to know the space and the equipment, but during our second visit, it’s all about the people and the experience.
I think we’ve all been to a gym where we’ve felt completely out of place, like a fish out of water, or just uncomfortable enough that we didn’t want to work out at all. It may have been a judgmental instructor, a side-eye from someone on the treadmill next to us, or just a general feeling that we weren’t welcome or part of the club.
Well, Richmond Balance is full of amazing people that want us to feel included and part of the pack. Every time I meet a new instructor or a new member, I feel like I’ve known them forever.
They are happy, they enjoy working out, and that kind of positive attitude is infectious. It honestly makes us want to work out more, right? And what’s more motivating than that?
Richmond Balance is focused on offering a variety of classes, independent exercises and private instruction to help you achieve a core-focused workout experience. Balance is the name of the game here – literally and figuratively.
And of course, when you’re talking about balance, it extends outside the confines of the gym. Richmond Balance brings home this message by incorporating a little fun into the weekend routine with the occasional post-class mimosa offering and some forthcoming 80s night aerobics classes. Look for these offerings – and of course, these photos! – on the Richmond Balance website and social media sites soon.
